- Our Story
Made From the Land was born from a shared belief between a husband and wife: that food should be honest. That it should nourish, not just fill. That it should come from real hands and real ingredients — not factories and labels.
My husband and I grew up in Europe, where food is sacred and meals are moments — not afterthoughts. Gathering around the table with family and good food made from real ingredients was simply part of everyday life.
— a burger trailer built on slow food values. Every decision we make, from sourcing to serving, is rooted in one promise: to serve food made with integrity.
We choose grass-fed, grass-finished beef because it’s better for your body and the planet. Our buns are made with organic sourdough — whether it’s wheat, einkorn, or gluten-free — because real fermentation makes bread come alive. We make every sauce by hand, the same way you would in your own kitchen.
And we do it all because we believe something sacred still exists in food — something worth protecting, worth slowing down for, worth sharing. This is more than a trailer. It's our way of showing that old-fashioned values still belong in today's world — and that the best food will always be the kind made from the land.
